Your club can host a Trump Caravan of cars and trucks in your area – here is how:

- Set a date and time.
- Set up a place where a number of vehicles can line up, preferably a parking lot where there will be plenty of space. For example, the parking lot of a store that has closed, or the parking lot behind a big shopping center where there is plenty of room.
- Map out your route.
- Use Canva.com to create an ad for your club’s social media pages and a flyer.
- Create an event page for your Trump Caravan on your website and social media.
- All your advertising needs a date, time, and location where you’ll be lining up.
- Hang up flyers in places frequented by Trump supporters in your area.
- Send out your flyer as a bulk email to your club.
- Arrange for a lead car or truck, wash it, then adorn it with American flags and Trump flags and advertisements for Trump.
- Invite everyone you know and HAVE FUN!
Here are some useful tips that have helped our clubs in planning these caravans:
- Be sure to include the logo for your club, location and time of meetings, and a QR code to join your club at the bottom of your route paper.
- Make a 1/4-page ad saying something like, “Join Our Club!” and include the QR code for them to join on your club’s website. Canva.com has a function for making a QR code built right into their service.
- Where does it all end? Is there a fun restaurant/bar in your area that Republicans love to frequent? Buy a $25 gift certificate from them, have your caravan wind up their route at that restaurant/bar at the end. Have a contest for the best decorated vehicle and award the gift certificate at the location. Get two of your husbands/associate members to be the judges. It makes it more fun and challenging for those involved and it encourages them to embellish their vehicles even more.
- Have either the lead truck or one of the first vehicles carry your club’s PA system in the vehicle. Get an inverter so you can get power for the PA system from the cigarette lighter, hook it up and test it. Place the PA speaker somewhere in the vehicle, for example, placed in the back of a truck and tilted for the sound to be optimal, fasten it in so it doesn’t roll around. In that vehicle have one person driving and the other be the announcer over the PA. Here are things you can announce: “Vote for Donald J. Trump and JD Vance this election” “President Trump is asking Republicans to get those ballots filled out and mailed in as soon as possible this Fall” “They shot our president, but he got back up shouting ‘FIGHT, FIGHT, FIGHT’ and that is what we’re going to do. We’re going to FIGHT, FIGHT, FIGHT – peacefully”
- Making your route. Keep the route as easy as possible. Be sure to drive through areas that have good foot traffic. Time out your route so you know how many you can do.
- The lead truck needs to take it slow. 15 MPH is a good speed for your Trump Caravan if you are driving through a downtown area, for example, because the cars behind the lead truck are going to be impeded by traffic lights, stop signs, and other traffic, at times.
- Get a bull horn. Harbor Freight has a 50 watt Bull Horn that works really well and Chico Evening RW bought one for $39 shipped. https://www.harborfreight.com/megaphone-with-safety-siren-95271.html This is the best way to get your message out from the lead truck during your Trump Caravan. Here are some suggestions for what to shout to the crowd using your bull horn:
a. VOTE TRUMP, VOTE VANCE, GIVE AMERICA A FIGHTING CHANCE!
b. VOTE FOR DONALD J. TRUMP FOR PRESIDENT AND JD VANCE FOR VICE PRESIDENT!
d. PRESIDENT TRUMP IS ASKING REPUBLICANS TO GET THOSE MAIL IN BALLOTS FILLED OUT AND MAILED IN AS QUICKLY AS POSSIBLE AFTER YOU RECEIVE THEM IN THE MAIL!
d. THEY SHOT OUR PRESIDENT, BUT HE GOT UP SHOUTING FIGHT, FIGHT, FIGHT! WE’RE GONNA FIGHT, FIGHT, FIGHT – PEACEFULLY! DONALD J. TRUMP FOR PRESIDENT!
