Linda has always had a passion for people and a deep love of country. On December 28, 2010 Linda co-founded the for-profit c-corp Election Integrity Project, Inc. (EIP) to officially start the work of researching, documenting and reporting issues in the election process in CA. On July 2017 Linda co-founded the nonprofit Election Integrity Project®California, Inc. (EIPCa).
Linda and EIPCa are committed to ensuring that EIPCa provides the best possible documentation of state & county election procedures to those in a position to address the vulnerabilities in California’s electoral process per federal laws and the US Constitution.
Since its founding in December 2010 EIPCa has:
- Trained over 20,000 nonpartisan volunteer observers in 43 CA counties;
- Yearly researched county and state voter rolls and provided Findings Reports with excerpted drive with the results;
- Filed multiple lawsuits in both state and federal court.
- EIPCA federal case challenges the Constitutionality of multiple election laws, SOS regulations, and policies & procedure implemented by county Registrars.
- EIPCA state cases challenge the violation of Observer Rights to lawfully observe the election process in California, as well as a cyber security breach.
- EIPCA is filing 2 additional cases in 2024.
